Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that will allow you to easily track your package delivery. Make sure the email address used is the one associated with your payment method.

You can return any unworn item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the item only.

Our preparation time varies between 24 and 72 business hours from the validation of your order. The delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost...).
